Group classes are 75 min duration and include a dynamic warm-up, skill session consisting of either maximal strength or technique development, and a cool-down period. All our group classes are 100% instructor led and pre-programmed by our educated staff.

Open Gym is our client’s opportunity to focus on their weaknesses, train and practice for upcoming competition, and get in extra work that their busy schedules may have forced them to miss out on previously in the week.
