Clint Thompson - Owner and Head Coach

Clint Thompson, owner and head coach. He has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. He is also certified by SEALFIT. Clint is a CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 Trainer. He trains people in CrossFit specialty courses, such as nutrition, rowing, football, basic barbell, mobility, and defense. 

Clint started CrossFit in 2007 overseas with the bare minimum equipment. Quickly his routine adapted into training his fellow peers on base. On his free time he would give training tips, 1:1 personal sessions, host community meetings on nutrition and lifestyle, and provide meal plans specific to individuals. His love for CrossFit, nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle evolved as he came to the states. 

Years later, meeting his wife, Ashley Thompson. They decided to open CrossFit 313. He brings values of raw atmosphere with a desire to program, train, and coach.
