CrossFit 313 follows a program that is by design, broad, general and inclusive. This is the mission statement of all athletes that desire to have a fitness program that allows them to become generally physically prepared. However, we also know that to be good at all things, you must occasionally focus on an individual modality to improve upon its mechanics. For this we offer specialized workshops. Our workshops will focus on many specific categories of fitness:
